SSO and SCIM provisioning (beta)

SAML SSO and SCIM user provisioning are in beta. We set them up with you and test them against your identity provider before you rely on them. They are not self-serve, and we have not yet verified that an SCIM-provisioned user signs in through SSO to the same account, so do not treat them as production-ready identity yet.

Append-only audit logging

Sensitive actions are recorded to an append-only audit trail: entries can't be edited or deleted one by one, and are kept for two years (records of ShipReady staff access to your data for 90 days) before a scheduled prune, which skips any organization under a legal hold. Exportable as compliance evidence.

Built for a security review

Tenant isolation enforced in Postgres row-level security, least-privilege connectors, and credentials encrypted at rest. Our Data Processing Agreement is in final legal review; contact us and we'll share the current terms and put an interim agreement in place, alongside our subprocessor list and security documentation.

Org-wide scoring

The same nine evidence-based 0–100 domain scores and one ShipReady Score, computed across your whole organization from your own connected systems — evidence, never guesses.
