ShipReady Metrics reads the systems teams already run through least-privilege connectors - GitHub, Supabase, GitLab, Gitea, Vercel, AWS and Azure, each verified against its live API, with more - including Azure DevOps, GCP and Atlassian - built and awaiting live verification - and never stores source code. From that evidence it computes nine domain scores across the organization, covering delivery performance (DORA metrics), security readiness, technical debt, end-of-life exposure across runtimes and databases, and AI readiness.
Security findings land in one fix-first queue, deduplicated across repositories - the same CVE in twelve repositories is one item - and ranked by real exploitability using CISA KEV, EPSS and CVSS, with known-exploited vulnerabilities first. The Value at Stake keeps measured cost and modeled risk separate, never added. Scores the evidence cannot support are marked not measured rather than filled with a placeholder number.
